this is what i have (at level 78) i'm going to put my final two points in improved regrowth.
I havent got points that improve healing touch because to be honest, i very
rarely use it, if i need a heal i use regrowth because thats another hot too.
i got the 8 points in balance for lower mana cost of regrowth , rejuvenation and nourish. i use rejuvenation a HECK of alot.

side because of the extra tick on rejuvenation, 2 extra ticks on regrowth, lifebloom, and wild growth. It helps a ton with mana conservation because you dont have to cast it as much. Now I have the glyph that makes my healing touch half as powerful but lowers mana by 25%% and cast time is now one sec (with Naturalist talent). If you add it all up with talents on my build its 25%% off for glyph, 10%% off for Tranquil Sprit, and 9%% off for moon glow. So my mana for healing touch is 44%% lower than normal and a 1 sec cast. Its my "flash heal " (until nourish and maybe even then) which still heals for 1500 to 2000 every time I cast it. Now my regrowth is my " uberheal " for when they are really low then i let my HoT's get them back to normal or can spam healing touch a couple
of times if nessary
